Mission Statement

At Nutrition Intuition, our mission is to educate, support, and empower individuals to nourish their bodies through a weight-inclusive, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to nutrition.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Professional Educator, I’m here to help you cut through the noise of diet culture and make nutrition simple, satisfying, and sustainable. — because knowing what to eat is only half the battle. Knowing how to make it work in real life is where the magic happens and sustainability becomes possible.

Whether through intuitive eating practices, education, and personalized support, my goal is to help you feel confident in your ability to:

  • Understand nutrition without confusion

  • Trust your body’s signals

  • Use food as a tool for self-care and disease management

  • Improve your physical and mental health

  • Ditch diet culture — for good

You deserve to feel at peace in your relationship with food and I’m here to help you get there.

My work focuses on bridging the gap between nutritional science and everyday life.

My ultimate goal is for you to feel confident in your ability to understand nutrition, connect with your body, and use food as a tool for support, not control. I want you to feel at peace in your relationship with food — because when we take the stress out of eating, we make room for physical and mental health to thrive.

This is your journey — and I’m here to walk alongside you, every bite of the way.

We Believe

We believe that a family-based approach to lifestyle and nutrition counseling benefits the whole family and helps in the pursuit of long term health improvements.

We believe that nutrition and food does not have to be as confusing and difficult as diet culture has made it.

We believe that restrictive meal plans and diet rules are not sustainable and lead to overeating, guilt, shame, and continuation of the diet cycle.

We believe that all foods fit and have a purpose.

We believe that everyone has their own experience and food story including their own struggles, goals, and history.

We believe that food is a love language.

We believe in a weight-inclusive approach that focuses on behavior, not weight.

We believe that nutrition is not black and white and foods are not good or bad.
